SHIPPING POLICY

All of our clothing is made-to-order. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time your order is placed to the time of shipment. Some of our accessories are in stock and ready to ship (status will be indicated on the product page). Orders of solely in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 4 business days.

If you have placed an order that includes both made-to-order and in-stock items, and you would like your in-stock items to ship sooner than the rest of your order, please contact us at orders@perennialspring.com. Additional shipping fees will apply.

RETURN POLICY

As we are working with limited quantities of vintage materials, and our items are either made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, we are not able to accept returns. We want you to love your purchase. We are readily available to answer your questions regarding, sizing, fit, or anything else. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us prior to making a purchase by emailing us at customerservice@perennialspring.com. 

If you feel you have received merchandise that is damaged or defective please email customerservice@perennialspring.com.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of being placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please email orders@perennialspring.com and include your order number in the subject line.
